$50 non-masking fine rescinded, "Mask ambassadors" shifted to focus on restaurant capacity

Plymouth's "mask ambassadors" will be shifted to focus on capacity limits at downtown restaurants and businesses, but won't be able to fine people for non-mask wearing. The Town has never issued a $50 fine for non-mask wearing.

The flashing signs downtown will be changed to encourage vaccination.
