SPEAKER 2
Hey, it's Jack Gately from 1620Today and I am behind the meeting house at Redbrook where there's an affordable housing controversy brewing here on the parcel with the playground and the parking lot behind the meeting house. AD Makepeace is proposing to build a 52 unit building that would be for elderly housing.

Up to 70% of the residents at the initial residence of the property might actually be Plymouth residents and it would have 42 parking spots. However, there is some controversy, especially relative to the scope. Some Redbrook residents have voiced concern that the current website for Redbrook indicates a relatively smaller building than the 52 unit building being now proposed.
