A new Facebook group has been launched following a discussion at Tuesday's Selectman meeting about once again turning downtown streets one way to allow restaurants to have out door dining when the warmer weather returns.

The group states: "Our streets turned into a Ghost town the last time the street was turned to a One Way Street, It took away most of our parking and visually made the town appear like a construction zone...Lets face it folks The only ones that will benefits from this is the Waterfront."

At Tueday's meeting some restaurant owners said their businesses would not survive 2021 without a one way street configuration that allowed for outside dinning, meanwhile other business owners testified the one way hurt their business.
