Plymouth nip ban goes to the ballot

Special election on January 13th, early voting to start January 6th

A ban on the sale of nip bottles in the Town of Plymouth faces a town wide binding vote in January. Opponents gathered enough signatures to force a special election after Town Meeting narrowly approved the measure 72-67 in late October.
