Karen Keane, Plymouth's Public Health director explained to WickedLocal:

"I know it sounds crazy, but people have to avoid singing. The virus is spread easily when people are singing and talking loudly. Bars can have entertainment, but no live singing or sing-alongs right now.” Keane went on to say signing outdoors is allowed.
